Civil servants in the rédacteur or animateur territorial grades can apply. Contract staff can apply if they have a bac to bac+2 level and experience in running socio-cultural policies. Applicants must be eligible for the Adulte Relais scheme.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
