Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Level 6 diploma (bachelor's +3) in a socio-educational field, or a DEJEPS culture-type diploma.
Experience: Significant project management experience in similar roles, possible instead of the diploma.
The profile they look for:
- Level 6 degree in a socio-educational field, or experience in project management.
- Knowledge of institutional and field organisations.
- Good knowledge of DDCS rules and animation techniques.
- Good people skills, negotiation and diplomacy.
- Strong knowledge of project management and evaluation.
- Knowledge of main budget techniques and a sense of confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
