Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the post is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Authority and supervisory skills.
- Sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
- Knowledge of the rules of the council and the school.
- Good people skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Independence, rigour and good organisation.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 25 days)
Apply on the employer's website or on the official offer page. You must also send your CV and cover letter to the human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
