- Knowledge of the technical and legal framework for sanitation
- Knowledge of water regulations
- Experience monitoring sanitation works
- Knowledge of planning rules and administrative procedures
- Ability to write technical and administrative documents
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
