Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS, BAFD or an equivalent professional diploma
Experience: Experience in children's activities or educational support
The profile they look for:
- Holds the BPJEPS, BAFD or an equivalent professional diploma.
- Experience in youth activities or educational support for children.
- Good people skills and educational skills.
- Takes initiative and works well in a team.
- Takes responsibility and works on their own.
- Punctual, available and adaptable.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Annualised working time, with work on Wednesdays and during school holidays.
- Post includes managing a team.
- Works council and group health and provident insurance contracts, with employer contribution.
