Diploma: Degree at bac+3 level minimum

- Good knowledge of local social development approaches.
- Skills in project methods and participatory democracy.
- Strong writing skills, both analytical and concise.
- Good listening and dialogue skills.
- Liking for fieldwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
