Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Non-permanent candidates can send their CV instead of the mobility form.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply online on the Choisir le service public website or on MobMI. Applications sent by email will not be accepted.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
