Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 with a specialisation in budget and financial management
Experience: At least 5 years, including 3 to 5 years in budget and financial management
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 with a specialisation in budget and financial management
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years in budget management
- Knowledge of public accounting
- Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Analysis and synthesis skills, rigour and method
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- A contract employee can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded
- The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum of six years
