Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master 2 in psychology (clinical, gerontology or neuropsychology preferred)
Experience: Experience with older people preferred. A beginner can also apply.
The profile they look for:
- Master 2 in psychology (clinical, gerontology or neuropsychology preferred).
- Experience with older people preferred.
- Knowledge of the elderly care sector and carer support schemes.
- Listening skills, clinical analysis and teamwork.
- Organisation skills, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
