Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master 2 in psychology
Experience: Experience in a facility for dependent elderly people or end-of-life care.
The profile they look for:
- Able to handle emergencies or crisis situations.
- Good organisation skills and analytical mind.
- Able to listen and communicate with staff, residents and their families.
- Able to adapt attitude and words to the situation and the listener.
- Able to work as part of a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
