- Good command of tools to diagnose psychosocial risks.
- Skill in group mediation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills and methodical rigour.
- Neutral stance and strict respect of professional confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
