Diploma: DESS or Master 2 in psychology
The profile they look for:
- DESS or Master 2 in psychology
- Knowledge of ASD and child neurodevelopmental disorders
- Knowledge of developmental psychology
- Interest in teamwork
- Interest in computer and video tools
- Rigour, availability, adaptability and an open mind
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break
- Managerial flat-rate: 25 days of annual leave (CA) and 20 RTT days, depending on working time
- Possible FIR time
- Specialised training may be offered
