- Have several years of experience as a headteacher.
- Experience of a complex school (post-bac, boarding) is a plus.
- Respect the military organisation of the school.
- Be ready to make proposals to your management.
- Have strong people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
