Marked as « confirmed » level; a first experience in interior fit-out is required

Civil servants (titulaires, by transfer or secondment) and contract agents. For a contract agent, a 3-year fixed-term contract is planned (to be confirmed), with possible continuation as a permanent contract or another 3-year contract

  • Diploma at Bac+2 or Bac+3 in building, space design or interior architecture.
  • First experience (internship or project) in interior fit-out.
  • Skills in 2D and 3D modelling (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
  • Ability to produce good-quality visual renders.
  • Knowledge of the BIM approach.
  • Rigour, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.

What you would do

  • Help give visual form to fit-out concepts.
  • Produce 2D plans and 3D models.
  • Create renders and visual communication materials.
  • Prepare drawings: plans, sections and elevations.
  • Update the BIM information databases for the buildings concerned.
