Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: At least Master 1 in general economics and management, HR management specialty
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- At least a Master 1 in general economics and management, with a focus on HR management.
- Master subject knowledge and how to teach it.
- Build and run teaching activities suited to the diversity of pupils.
- Assess pupils' progress and learning.
- Master information and communication technologies.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Contract runs from 1 December 2026 to 3 July 2027.
- Timetables are set by the heads of the schools.
- School holidays: zone A.
- Remote work not possible.
