Diploma: Higher education diploma, bac+3 minimum, in science and technology, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, civil engineering or computing
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Higher education diploma, bac+3 minimum, in science or technology.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Good knowledge of subject content and of college and high school curricula.
- Ability to assess students' progress.
- Contributes to the smooth running of the school and to teamwork.
- Experience in a school is an advantage.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes tomorrow)
Apply on the employer's website, starting from the official offer. A CV and a cover letter are required.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time: 16.5 teaching hours, plus preparation time.
- Split: 9 hours at Paul Esquinance college in La Réole and 7.5 hours at Champ d'Eymet college in Pellegrue.
- Timetables are set by the heads of the schools. School holidays: zone A.
- Remote work is not possible.
