Civil servants can apply by transfer or secondment, for the grades of senior artistic teaching assistant, 1st and 2nd class. Contract staff can also apply; a contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
