The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of teaching and assessment methods
- Active knowledge of classical, contemporary and jazz repertoire
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, listening and adaptability
- Knowledge of study cycles, levels and course structure
- Sense of public service, availability, punctuality and organisation
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours mostly in the evening, and during the day on Wednesday or Saturday
- Travel possible depending on where activities take place
- Availability some weekends or evenings for events
- State diploma (DE) appreciated, or a list of aptitude or competition project
