Diploma: State diploma in the field, or required experience in the field
The profile they look for:
- Hold the state diploma in harp or have the required experience
- Be able to teach, advise and assess students
- Work in a team and fit into a teaching project
- Sense of public service and good contact with the public
- Know how the conservatoire works and the teaching cycles
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
