Diploma: DE preferred in the discipline, or otherwise DEM in the discipline
The profile they look for:
- Music diploma (DEM) in the discipline, or DE preferred
- Strong teaching skills are essential
- Good team spirit and sense of public service
- Enjoys working with children, adults, parents and elected officials
- Independent, rigorous and responsible
- Driving licence (permis B) preferred
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 19 (Closes in 21 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter by post to the town hall's human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence (permis B) preferred.
- Part time: 4 hours per week.
- Remote work not possible.
