Diploma: Agrégation in philosophy (agrégés corps)
Experience: Experienced, with a few years of teaching
The profile they look for:
- Be an agrégé in philosophy, a permanent member of the corps
- Have a few years of teaching experience
- Uphold republican values
- Show rigour, discretion and respect for the military organisation
- Know the professional skills framework for teaching
- Practical knowledge of cognitive sciences is very welcome
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible. Taking part in ceremonies and key school events is strongly encouraged.
- The post may be vacant from 1 September 2027.
