Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Significant UX/UI experience in agile settings, and as a product owner.
The profile they look for:
- Significant UX/UI experience in agile settings.
- Experience as a product owner or product manager.
- Skill with prototyping tools.
- Ability to explain and spread agile and design culture.
- Mockups that meet accessibility standards (RGAA) and the State design system.
- PSPO certification (a plus).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
