Experience: At least 8 years managing digital products, including 4 years on AI/ML products (expert level).
The profile they look for:
- At least 8 years managing digital products, including 4 years on AI/ML products.
- Experience running product roadmaps in SAFe or an equivalent model.
- SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner (PMPO) certification required.
- Experience managing large user communities and leading change.
- Influence leadership, without direct line authority.
- Ability to explain complex AI topics to non-technical decision makers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible up to 3 days a week.
- Regular travel in Île-de-France and occasional travel in France and abroad.
- Full-time, 38 hours a week, 25 days of paid leave and 16 days of ARTT.
- Future site planned in Saint-Denis from late 2026 to early 2027.
