Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (level 7)
Experience: Experienced. First experience in business analysis, IT project management or as Product Manager. Public sector or complex IT experience is a plus.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
