1 Check the conditions You are here
Open to permanent head teachers (personnels de direction titulaires) of the national education ministry, with at least three years in their current post on 1 September 2027. The offer also mentions contract staff, but the special conditions only name permanent staff.

Experience: Confirmed experience wanted, with priority education experience preferred.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Provided housing, type F4 flat.
- REP+ allowance included.
- A stable stay of 4 to 6 years is wanted, with daily presence on site.
- The post may be vacant from 16/08/2027.
