Experience: Experienced level
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of public procurement.
- Good command of Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience or training in public procurement.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working conditions: SECRET security level.
- Position vacant from 1 March 2026.
- Category A (managerial grade), no management duties.
