Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. The post is open at the agent de maîtrise grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of microbiology and food hygiene.
- Knowledge of sampling standards and techniques.
- Rigour, method and sense of organisation.
- Good listening and people skills.
- Driving licence category B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence category B required, with day trips as needed.
- Service vehicle with permission to park it at home.
- Category C post, vacant from 1 November 2026.
