Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (level 7)
Experience: Expert level required, with strong management experience.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation issues in the State.
- Good understanding of critical technologies and their impacts.
- Strong management experience.
- Designing and running multi-year roadmaps.
- Leading negotiations with public and private stakeholders.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
