The profile they look for:
- Proven experience steering digital services or support programmes in public administration.
- Knowledge of how public digital products are built and of AI governance issues.
- Understanding of generative AI systems, enough to choose between architecture options.
- Ability to explain technical choices to non-technical decision makers.
- Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy in a multi-party setting without direct authority.
2 Résumé and cover letter
