Open to contract staff only. The PhD must have been obtained at most three years before the contract starts (decree no. 2021-1450). An application without the diploma or certificate will be rejected.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
