Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A PhD is required.

Diploma: PhD in economics or management sciences (another field may be relevant)

- PhD in economics or management sciences.
- Skills in eco-innovation and environmental analysis of digital technologies.
- Solid practice of qualitative methods.
- Proven record of scientific publication.
- English level C1.
- Ability to work in a team and across disciplines.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- CNU qualifications in section 5 or 6 are valued; section 23 is also considered.
