- Know workplace safety rules.
- Master manual and machine washing of dishes.
- Use a professional dishwasher correctly.
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures in catering.
- Know cleaning products and how to use them.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall, or apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with morning hours.
- Free meals included in working time.
- Leave must be taken during school holidays.
- Remote work is not possible.
