Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in plumbing
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in plumbing.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Scaffolding installation skills required.
- Ability to lead a team and report back.
- Good organisation and teamwork skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: October 31 (Closes in 2 days)
Apply on the employer's website, reached from the official offer. The application can also be sent by post to the president of the CCAS.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Technical on-call duty included.
- Leave subject to service needs.
- An electrical authorisation is a plus.
