The job is open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents (contractuels). A civil servant must attach the opinion of their line manager on the mobility form.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in at least one trade (bac pro accepted)
Experience: At least 2 years of experience
The profile they look for:
- Bac pro, CAP or BEP in at least one trade.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Expert level in plumbing.
- Able to read plans and diagrams.
- Able to work in a team and adapt.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work starts at 7:45 and ends at 4 pm, with cover until 5 pm for 50 % of the section.
- On-call duty and permanence duty possible.
- Work possible in all Garde républicaine barracks.
- Temporary mobility allowance for civil servants.
