Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A candidate without a civil service competitive exam can be hired directly at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Master the techniques of the building painter trade
- Be able to read an execution plan
- Know the safety rules for building sites
- Hold the CACES PEMP and a car driving licence (permis VL)
- Be able to work in a team and report back
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
