Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade of category C (adjoint technique).

Diploma: CAP, BEP or vocational Bac in painting or building maintenance
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Technical skills in painting, dry partitions and floor coverings.
- General knowledge of building maintenance.
- Know safety rules and the rules for public buildings (ERP).
- Comfortable with computers and reading plans.
- Diploma in painting or building maintenance.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work not possible.
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
- No management role.
