Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know the different types of paints, coverings and surfaces.
- Apply paints, wallpaper and fillers.
- Take initiative.
- Meet planned deadlines.
- Be available during school holidays.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 23 days)
Apply on the employer's website listed in the official offer. You can also send your cover letter and CV by email to the commune.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Availability during school holidays required.
- Contract staff contracts are limited to 3 years, renewable up to 6 years.
