Diploma: CAP or BEP in pastry making

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 to 14:30, with a 20-minute break
- Job in the basement of the Hôtel de ville, mostly standing
- Open grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd or 1st class
