Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Able to read a plan and a technical manual.
- Knows health and safety rules at work.
- Able to organise own work and report on it.
- Able to analyse faults and take initiative.
- Public service mindset, rigour and good listening skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C job, no management duties.
- Remote work is not possible.
- If there is no reply by 30 November 2026, the application is considered unsuccessful.
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
