Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Level V qualification, for example a CAP.
Experience: Experienced.
The profile they look for:
- Category B and PL driving licences are essential.
- Know and apply workplace safety rules.
- Master basic building trade techniques.
- Read plans, diagrams and technical manuals.
- Be able to write a purchase order.
- Be physically strong and able to carry loads.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
