Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The post is open at the adjoint technique grade, and direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.

The profile they look for:
- Know how equipment works
- Read and understand plans, diagrams and technical manuals
- Take initiative and know your own limits
- Make a diagnosis and know when to call a specialist
- Follow safety rules and wear the right protective equipment
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer. You can also send your CV and cover letter by email to the mayor, at the address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
