Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person without a public service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Open grade: adjoint technique.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in any trade, MBC or other, or Bac Pro
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in any trade, MBC or other, or Bac Pro.
- Category B driving licence required.
- Good knowledge of technical rules for electricity and safety.
- Team spirit, good ideas and good people skills.
- Able to take initiative in urgent call-outs.
- Autonomous and physically fit to work at height.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category B driving licence required.
- May be asked to take on-call duty, including snow clearing.
- Remote work not possible.
- Full-time post (35 hours a week).
