Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Level V diploma, for example a CAP
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Level V diploma, for example a CAP
- Driving licence B essential, PL licence welcome
- Know safety rules and health standards
- Be able to read plans, diagrams and technical manuals
- Work independently and organise your own work
- Be physically fit and able to carry loads
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 6 (Closes in 38 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the offer, or send your application by post or email to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
