Diploma: Bac or professional title of this level, in building, maintenance or technical trades (desired)
Experience: Experienced, ideally in a similar maintenance role

- Bac or professional title of this level in building or maintenance.
- Experience in building maintenance, ideally in a local authority.
- Electrical authorisations are desirable.
- Ability to diagnose a fault and read a technical plan.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules.
- Driving licence category B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
