Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in building trades, or professional equivalent.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible after nine months in the job, one day a week maximum.
- Outdoor work, with traffic and use of equipment.
- Working hours are a constraint of the job.
- The stated start date (1 December 2025) is before the deadline. Check the offer.
