Civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know planting and crop management techniques
- Know how to feed and give basic care to animals
- Know hygiene and safety rules
- Know how to use farm tools and equipment
- Good people skills, rigor and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Technical skills can be learned on the job; they are not a requirement.
