Civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

Experience: Experienced (the profile also accepts beginners)
The profile they look for:
- Category B driving licence required, category C licence wanted.
- Beginners or people with experience can apply.
- Able to use motorised equipment safely.
- Able to recognise plants and use plant protection products.
- Good physical fitness and good team spirit.
- Rigour, punctuality and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
