Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Speech therapy diploma (certificate of capacity in speech therapy).
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of language development and language disorders.
- Ability to treat language disorders, whatever their form or cause.
- Work with the transference relationship without leaving your role.
- Spot difficulties that need help from another professional.
- Commitment, motivation, balance and self-review of your practice.
- Being open to surprise and to relationships.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 13 (Closes in 45 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall, as stated in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category A (managerial grade).
- No management role.
- Remote work not possible.
- If the employer does not reply within 1 month, the application is not taken forward.
