The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of reception, mail, building maintenance and security
- Knowledge of health and safety rules for public buildings (ERP)
- Use industry software and read technical manuals
- Use personal protective equipment
- Work alone and in a team, with rigour and discretion
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Housing provided for absolute service needs from spring 2027.
- One-week technical on-call duty, in rotation with other housed staff.
- Extended or shifted working hours.
