Diploma: CAP/BEP level diploma (level 3)
The profile they look for:
- Know the public service work environment.
- Master spelling, grammar and office software.
- Know reception techniques and health and safety rules.
- Have a strong sense of service to users and students.
- Be able to prioritize, plan ahead and work in a team.
- Hold a driving licence (permis B).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
